FEP Heat Shrink Tubing (M23053/11)

   
FEP Heat Shrink Tubing adheres to Mil-Spec M23053/11 and is available in class 1 or class 2 versions. M23053/11 FEP Shrink tubing is CSA approved, meets UL standards, has a maximum operating temperature of 204°C and rated to 150V. This FEP heat shrink tubing product can be used for applications that include temperature probing because of the outstanding solvent and chemical resistance.

Neoprene Heat Shrink Tubing (M23053/1)

   
Neoprene Heat Shrink Tubing adheres to Mil-Spec M23053/1 and is available in class 1 (CL1) or class 2 (CL2) versions. M23053 Heat Shrink Tubing is flame retardant, thermally stable, and self extinguishing within 15 seconds so it is extremely safe for use in high temperature applications. This mil-spec rated heat shrink tubing has a minimum temperature of -70ºC and a maximum temperature of 121ºC.

Polyolefin Heat Shrink Tubing (M23053/5, M23053/6, M23053/16)

   
Polyolefin heat shrink tubing meets both UL and Mil-Spec M23053 specifications and comes in either a 2:1 or 4:1 heat shrink ratio. Polyolefin heat shrink tubing has a variety of applications such as: wire harnessing and bundling, general-purpose insulation and protection, water and dust proofing, shock protection, marking, coding, wire and tubing splicing and connecting. In addition, M23053 is highly flame retardant and flexible, and exhibits low shrink temperatures.

Polyolefin Adhesive Heat Shrink Tubing (M23053/4, M23053/15)

   
Polyolefin Adhesive Heat Shrink Tubing meets M23053 MIL spec standards, comes in 2:5:1, 2:1 or 3:1 heat shrink ratios and are available in class 1, 2 or 3 constructions. Adhesive polyolefin heat shrink tubing meets civilian use as well as government and military uses. Applications include material used to patch areas during repairs and maintenance, mechanical protection or means of identification.

PTFE Heat Shrink Tubing (M23053/12)

   
PTFE Heat Shrink Tubing meets M23053/12 MIL Spec specifications and is available in 2:1 or 4:1 heat shrink ratio, and 1-5 classifications. This type of PTFE heat shrink tubing is used in a variety of industries, including automotive, telecommunications, shipbuilding, aviation, and military. PTFE Shrink Tubing features a low friction rating with a very low level of moisture absorption, along with the ability to withstand extreme external chemicals and heat.

PVC Heat Shrink Tubing

   
PVC Heat Shrink Tubing meets UL 224 and MIL-I-23053/2 specifications and is CSA approved. This PVC tubing comes in two different types: Layflat PVC Heat Shrink Tubing and 2:1 PVC Heat Shrink Tubing (M23053/2, CL2) which are both economical choices for heat shrink. This tubing offers great electrical insulation and has a low shrink temperature, along with resistance to many chemicals, oils, sunlight, moisture, and fungus.

Kynar Heat Shrink Tubing (M23053/8)

Kynar Heat Shrink Tubing meets M23053/8 and UL 224 specifications, CSA approved and is RoHS compliant. M23053/8 Tubing applications include: strain relief, fuse coverings and jacketing on components. This wire also features outstanding flame, high temperature and great cut-through resistance, with an operating temperature of -55ºC to +175ºC and shrinkage temperature of 350ºF.

Mylar Heat Shrink Tubing (M23053/7, CL1, CL2)

   
Mylar Heat Shrink Tubing adheres to Mil-Spec M23053/7, features a 2:1 shrink ratio and is available in class 1 or class 2 versions. M23053/7 Mylar Heat Shrink Tubing applications include: replacement tape, electrical or high temperature insulation. It has an operating temperature range of -60ºC to +150ºC and this heat shrink tubing is spiral wound to most lengths and diameters.

PVDF Clear Heat Shrink Tubing (M23053/18, CL1)

   
PVDF Clear Heat Shrink Tubing adheres to M23053/18 specifications, has a shrink ratio of 2:1, RoHS compliant and has a temperature rating of -55ºC to +175ºC. PVDF Heat Shrink Tubing applications include: jacketing for capacitors, resistors and other components. Clear Heat Shrink Tubing may also be used in chemical environments, high temperature environments and caustic environments.

Viton Heat Shrink Tubing (M23053/13)

   
Viton Heat Shrink Tubing adheres to MIL-DTL-23053/13 specifications and is RoHS Compliant. M23053/13 heat shrink tubing has an operating temperature range -55°C to +200°C and is extremely flexible. M23053/13 Viton Heat Shrink tubing is the perfect product to use when your application requires resistance to weathering, acids, abrasion, lubricants, solvents and fuels, or when you need flexibility at both high temp and low temperatures.

PVC Plastic Tubing

   
PVC Plastic Tubing meets UL 224 and MIL-I-631D, Grade C standards, CSA approved, passes the UL VW-1 Flame Test, and is RoHS compliant. It has an a minimum temperature of -20°C and a maximum temperature of +105°C with a dielectric strength of 750 vpm. PVC plastic tubing can be used for general chemical applications, aerospace, automotive, marine, wire harnesses, medical or general purpose applications.

Zipper Tubing

Zipper Tubing meets the UL224 standards, MIL-I-631 MIL-Spec specifications and passes the VW-1 flame test. This zippered tubing is available in various sizes from ½ inch to 3 inches. The actual tubing material was designed with black fungus retardant, lead free PVC and works well with wire management applications.

Fiberglass Sleeving

Fiberglass Sleeving meets UL Standard 1441, MIL-I-3190/6 specifications, CSA approved and is the perfect alternative to heat shrink tubing. Fiberglass Sleeving offers high flexible routing, extreme abrasion resistance, and superior electrical properties. This sleeving has an operating temperature range of -70°C to +200°C and a voltage rating of 600V.
